Bio

Li-Ping Chi’s research interest involves applying methodologies from statistical physics and complex networks to understand complex systems. Her specific research areas include: robustness and repair mechanisms of static and temporal networks; dynamic fluctuations and correlations in time series; phase transitions and self-organized criticality phenomena. In terms of teaching, the courses she instructs are College Physics, Electromagnetism, and Quantum Mechanics.
