From September 19 to 21, 2025, the Frontier Conference on Nuclear Physics Across Energy Scales was successfully held at the Guiyuan Academic Exchange Center of Central China Normal University (CCNU). This conference aimed to promote the exchange between high-energy heavy-ion physics and nuclear structure physics. Through invited keynote speeches, brief reports, and thematic discussions, it facilitated the exploration of the latest progress and interdisciplinary research in high and low-energy nuclear physics.
Approximately 80 theoretical and experimental experts in nuclear physics from both domestic and international institutions, including those in the United States, Europe, Japan, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, and the University of Science and Technology of China, participated in the event. The on-site academic atmosphere was lively, with frequent interactions.

Professor Shuangjie Peng, President of CCNU Delivering the Opening Welcome Addresses
Professor Shuangjie Peng, the president of Central China Normal University, delivered the opening welcome addresses on the morning of September 19. He warmly welcomed participants from different countries to gather at CCNU and work together in advancing nuclear physics. President Peng hoped that through in-depth exchanges, the participants could inspire new ideas, discuss the latest progress and explore future directions in the field of nuclear physics, and promote the innovative development of nuclear physics.

During the conference, the participating researchers presented 26 overviews and reports. These talks covered multiple aspects of studying the strong interaction and the complex internal structure of atomic nuclei from the perspectives of low-energy nuclear physics, nuclear astrophysics, and high-energy heavy-ion collisions. The key topics included but were not limited to nuclear deformation, shape phase transitions, alpha clustering, and two- and three-nucleon correlations.
