Title: Lambda_b decay asymmetry parameter measurement and muon isolation in ATLAS

Abstract:
The measurement of Lambda_b->Lambda+Jpsi decay asymmetry parameter and helicity amplitudes using 7 TeV ATLAS data is presented. The measured values are compared with theory predictions LHCb results. The second part of the talk describes the muon isolation performance studies in ATLAS, which is very crucial for physics analysis using prompt leptons to reject/estimate the jet fake background.
